If user is created on or after the date specified, they will not receive a key.
This is to prevent people from creating frivolous accounts to gain keys.
Eligibility - Karma
If user's karma is lower than the value specified (I recommend 2 or higher), they will not receive a key.
This prevents dummy accounts (which usually have 1 karma) from getting keys.
Eligibility - Verified Email
If the user does not have an email registered with their reddit account, they will not receive a key.
This is generally the accepted form of registration-spam protection, I would highly recommend enabling this box.
About this Program
This program is designed to make the distribution of keycodes on reddit as easy as possible. The main point was to have near-zero setup time.
Unfortunately you will still need to read the FAQ for the eligibility configuration to tailor your distribution to your needs.

Alternatives
You can use the open source python script: reddit-promotion-bot. The python script requires python to be installed on your machine in addition to a reddit API wrapper.
Program too slow?
Reddit API has a requirement that requests cannot exceed 1 request per 2 seconds It's also possible that the computer you're running on is slowing things down.
Seeing lots of timeouts?
Either your internet connection is going haywire, or many people are using the service, resulting in issues such as these, drop me an email and I will attempt to rectify it.
Could not log in: RATELIMIT
If you're seeing this, it may mean that either you or somebody else has been attempting bad passwords. This affects all users as reddit will block the server's ip temporarily. This inconviences us all and if this is happening a lot, I may require users to email me first for a key-pass use this tool. Email me if you are seeing this a lot.
